Laughter is a
Universal Language

Laughing will help your body feel better. According to a Stanford researcher. . . It is like jogging while standing in place—an actual physical workout. Remember the last time your stomach hurt from laughing too much? That was a better workout and more fun that crunches and sit-ups. One minute of laughter is equal to using a rowing machine for ten minutes.

To add more laughter in your life:

Find humor in everyday things.

Like a child—find amusement in the most ordinary things and laugh every day

Increase your exposure to comedy—such as funny books, movies and live theater.

Make sure you have friends who make you laugh.

If you hear a joke that makes you laugh, pass it on and make someone else laugh too!
