Thank You For Speaking, Lord!
Thank you, Lord, for calming our doubtful spirit,
For helping us listen when we need to hear it;
You draw us to Yourself in such a sweet way,
Help us, oh Lord, to always listen & obey!
Thank you, Lord, for speaking with Your loving voice,
Please lead us in always making the right choice;
It doesn’t matter what others may think or feel,
Nothing matters at all except doing God’s will!
Thank you, Lord, for being willing to softly speak,
When your Godly way our heart earnestly seeks;
We know you hear us when we bow to pray,
Teach us, oh God, to hear everything you say!
Thank you, Lord, for providing salvation for us,
When we ask forgiveness & give you our trust;
Jesus shed His blood on the old rugged cross,
So our soul will never be condemned or lost!
