If You Keep God First
If you keep God first, He directs your steps,
In His loving care, you are daily kept;
He answers prayers if you seek His face,
In each day anew, He gives you His grace!
If you keep God first, glorify His name,
He gives abundantly to His own each day;
He walks beside you & He guides your path,
His all-knowing wisdom, so sweet to have!
If you keep God first, & you seek His face,
He’s very willing to show you His ways;
You won’t be perfect, at times you will err,
In all things, God’s presence will be there!
If you keep God first, you’ll see Godly love,
As He blesses you from His throne above;
Even if life has heartaches, tears, & hurts,
There is special care if you keep God first!
