I’m thankful He’s with me in every step I take!
He’s There With Me
He’s there with me, from the day life begins,
Each & every day, I’m watched over by Him;
He cares for me in such a loving way,
Feeds me His Word, with much wisdom to say!
He’s there with me, when the valley is low,
Directing my steps in the right way to go;
The Shepherd leads sheep with His rod & staff,
Keeps their feet on the straight & narrow path!
He’s there with me if life gets hard & cold,
I’m never alone, but blessed I’m in His fold;
He gives me strength & helps me to stand,
Oh how great it is, to be in His hand!
He’s there with me, if trials come my way,
Giving me His grace, urging me to pray;
He knows if my heart has so many tears,
Saying, Fear not, my child, for I am here!
