Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas is a pleasant thing to say,
Each year when we celebrate this special day;
Realizing it as the day Jesus came to earth,
Receiving His grace brings to all a new birth!
Years He spent on earth living as a man,
Christ was sent here as part of God’s plan;
He became to man, the most perfect gift,
Richly touching hearts with a loving lift!
It’s the time we need to celebrate Christ,
Singing to the One who paid sin’s total price;
Thank God He came as a new born babe,
Making a Way for us to receive God’s grace!
As Christmas comes, give Him glory & praise,
Since He’s the reason for this special, holy day!
