I’m In The Right Place
I’m in the right place, being in God’s house,
His Spirit, inside, makes me sing & shout;
The devil tries to upset me all he can,
He can’t touch what I put in God’s hands!
I’m in the right place, when I go to church,
Even if my heart is dealing with much hurt;
God always says just what I need to hear,
Amidst everything, I know God is near!
I’m in the right place, where the Spirit lives
He blesses me much by the love He gives;
It doesn’t matter what my heart may need,
God has a way to speak closely to me!
I’m in the right place, & love being there,
Where I’m taught of God’s comfort & care;
Each day I thank God for His loving grace,
Asking Him to keep me in the right place!
