Thy Word Is The Rock
Thy Word is the Rock on which my feet stand,
Inside of Thy Book are righteous commands;
Every promise within is faithful and true,
Its wisdom is right, in what to say & do!
Thy Word is the Bread, where my soul can eat,
Nourishing my heart, fulfilling all my needs;
Thy table is spread, feeding all the saved,
Blessing us with Godly advice for each day!
Thy Word is the Fountain where waters flow,
Living Waters are there for every soul;
This earthly life has heartaches & hurts,
Thy Water is there, quenching every thirst!
Thy Word is the Book, our firm foundation,
Giving the lost hope, bringing salvation;
Every promise made is safe and secure,
Praise God, Thy Word will forever endure!
