Lean Upon Him
Lean upon Him fully with your heart,
Ask for direction in each new day’s start;
He’ll give you strength with every task,
He supplies your needs if you only ask!
Lean upon Him for everything you face,
He is with you, giving sufficient grace;
He never leaves you deserted or alone,
But walks with you in all that goes on!
Lean upon Him if you get weary & weak,
Calling on His name will give a sweet peace;
He keeps you under the shelter of His wings,
Trusting Him fully makes you want to sing!
Lean upon Him with your ultimate faith,
He will guide your steps as He lights the Way,
He still calms the storms as He says “Peace,”
His shoulder is there if you need to lean!
