Cast Behind God’s Back
Cast behind God’s back is where sin will go,
When we ask Him in, & He saves our soul;
As He moves in our heart, guiding us right,
He washes us clean, giving eternal life!
Cast behind God’s back, sin will ever stay,
When He removes it by wonderful grace;
God won’t remind us of past sin or wrong,
That, by itself, should give us a sweet song!
Cast behind God’s back in an erased pile,
God’s forgiving Way is His loving style;
He knows our frame, & that we will err,
When we cry to Him, He is always there!
Cast behind God’s back, for eternity,
Is where forgiven sin will always be;
Praise God, He never torments or attacks,
But casts all our sin behind His own back!
