THE BONUS
The owner of a company tells his employees, “You worked very hard this year, therefore the company’s profits increased dramatically. As a reward, I’m giving everyone a check for $5,000!”
Thrilled, the employees gather round and “high five” one another.
“And” he continued, “if you work with the same zeal next year, I’ll sign those checks!”

A little girl was holding two apples in her hands. Her mom asked with a smile, “Could you give your mom one of your two apples?”
The girl looked up and then suddenly took a quick bite on one apple, and then quickly on the other.
The mom felt the smile on her face freeze. and tried hard not to reveal her disappointment.
Then the little girl handed one of her bitten apples to her mom, and said: “Mommy, here you are. This is the sweeter one.”
No matter who you are, how experienced you are, and how knowledgeable you think you are, always delay judgment. Give others the privilege to explain themselves.
