The Tree in the Middle
Genesis spoke about the tree of life,
Man had the choice of doing wrong or right;
Adam and Eve chose the pathway of sin,
Man has been doing it ever since then!
The tree in the middle pointed both ways,
Inviting every lost soul to be saved;
Jesus shed His blood on Calvary’s cross,
To pay for the sins of everyone lost!
God put the tree in the middle for us,
Giving us a Savior to love and trust;
His power today is still saving souls,
Forgiving their sins, making them whole!
Revelation speaks about the tree of life,
All of us gather who belong to Christ;
Our new life begins on Heaven’s shore,
We will praise His name forevermore!
