The Counsel of the Lord
The counsel of the Lord is right & true,
His wisdom is able to guide us through;
We’re so blessed to have Him on our side,
He’s there for us, giving Godly advice!
The counsel of the Lord is never wrong,
His direction will give our heart a song;
Following His Way makes our life complete,
Listening to His Word meets all our needs!
The counsel of the Lord is for the saved,
Who long for Him to show the right Way;
We ask Him to guide anything we do,
In each day we live, He gives grace anew!
The counsel of the Lord, precious to know,
It’s worth more to us than silver or gold;
He gives it to us from His throne above,
Everything He says is spoken in love!
