Covered by His Blood
Covered by His blood, we are, forevermore,
Cleansed of our sin by the hand of the Lord;
He hung on the cross upon Calvary’s hill,
For all to be saved & know God’s perfect will!
Covered by His blood is what we became,
As in the Book of life was written our name;
He gives man the choice to get born again,
What a blessing it is, when He enters in!
Covered by His blood comes thru Jesus Christ,
Who paid for our sin, the ultimate pice;
He died for our sin & was placed in the grave,
Then conquered death itself after three days!
His blood is still covering sinners today,
Saving lost souls, washing their sins away;
Its power won’t diminish or ever run out,
To be covered by Him makes us sin & shout!
